	North Carolina Facility
	Our East Coast based facility provide Aluminum Ceramic Coatings, Powder Coatings, Dry Film Coatings, and Specialty Coatings. Specializing in small to medium size production runs, automotive products and machine components, the factories have full cleaning, degreasing and stripping/blasting capabilities. Skilled operators manually apply the coatings providing the flexibility to accommodate a variety of component sizes and shapes, to ensure complete, even coverage. ALUMINUM CERAMIC COATING POWDER COATINGS DRY FILM COATINGS SPECIALTY COATINGS ANTI-WELD SPATTER COATING PRODUCT DATA Our Quality Assurance program ensures that, whether a single component or scheduled commercial program, involving multiple products and services, that each component is individually inspected for overall appearance, coating thickness, consistency and uniformity. AirBorn Coatings also develops unique coatings for specialized applications. For example, the Anti-Weld Spatter Coating is a durable polymer non-stick finish and the Aluminum Ceramic Coating is used for high temperature corrosion and oxidation protection. Both have been developed in our own laboratories. Delivery by UPS or customer designated carrier provides a fast efficient turn-around. Individual items can be processed within 24 hours.
	Oklahoma Facility
	Our Midwest based facility, founded in 1994, provides Aluminum Ceramic Coatings, Powder Coatings, Dry Film Coatings, Specialty Coatings, and E-Coat. Specializing in medium to large sized production runs, automotive and marine products, and machine parts. The facility has full cleaning, degreasing and stripping/blasting capabilities. The large skilled workforce and plant capacity enables AirBorn Coatings to meet the needs and volume of high commecrial production levels. Combining the skills of manual operators and automation, complete and even coverage is ensured even on complex geometric components. Delivery by UPS or customer designated carrier provides a fast efficient turn-around. As part of our turnkey solution, our own trucking fleet can provide a delivery and pick-up service. Our large receiving bays easily handle all deliveries and provide storage for just-in-time manufacturing.
